Great for BBQ or as an appetizer.
Buy a 5lb bag of frozen wing flings (also called wingettes, about 25 pieces).
Do not defrost. Just place the frozen wing flings in a disposable aluminum roasting pan (buy a big enough size that the wing flings with lay flat on the whole thing).
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar and pour it over the wing flings. Toss to coat.
If the wing flings are laying flat there should be no need to mix or baste during cooking.
Place in a 35o degree oven, uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
Watch that it does not dry out. They should not be watery, if they are increase the oven temperature and let the water evaporate. The wing flings should be coated with the soy sauce mixture. Delicious.
