An easy and addictive granola that will satisfy your paleo, vegan, and gluten-free friends.
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly oil parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine maple syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Once melted and combined, remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon, stirring to combine. Add remaining dry ingredients; stir until well coated.
Spread onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 25–30 minutes, until desired crispiness is achieved.
Store in an airtight container.
