This dip is a little on the spicy side, but super yummy at the same time. Chunky and irresistible !
Turn crockpot on low heat and add the Velveeta cheese into the pot. Let that melt for 30 to 45 minutes.
While that is melting cook the 1/4 pound of hamburger meat in a skillet over medium heat with the salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and ground cayenne pepper. Cook until meat is browned then remove skillet from heat and set aside.
Once the cheese is fully melted add the ground beef, salsa, and green chilies. Let it cook for another 30 to 45 minutes until the dip reaches the consistency of your liking. Serve and enjoy!
