A great way to get your kids involved in the kitchen and to eat their veggies. Adults will like this fun dip, too.
Place spaghetti sauce in a medium microwave safe bowl; cover with a paper towel. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir in both cheeses. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes, or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
Serve with cut-up vegetables and bread cubes for dipping.
This can be turned into a fun meal for children by serving with veggies, bread and chicken, ham, or sausage chunks or cooked pasta, such as tortellini.
