This is a cheese spread my grandmother made often. She would put it in canning jars and pass it out as gifts to each family at Christmastime. It is unconventional but wonderful! It is best served on Wheat Thins.
Heat cheese in a double boiler until melted. Combine the remaining ingredients with the cheese and mix well.
This keeps in the refrigerator for up to six weeks or indefinitely if frozen.
