Cheesey, gooey, classic fondue.
Mix together the Swiss and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add flour and toss lightly to coat cheese. Heat wine in a medium sauce pan or fondue pot until simmering. Reduce heat and add cheese gradually, continuing to stir as you add. Keep stirring until cheese is smooth. Stir in garlic powder.
Dip bread cubes, apples or even some broccoli into the melted mixture.
