This yummy bagel, named after my sister-in-law, is fast and easy to make. Eat it as a snack, as a side to a salad, or as a light meal.
Slice your bagel in half. Spread cream cheese on each of the halves. Spread pesto on top of the cream cheese. Place thin slices of tomato on top of the bagels. Top with lots of shredded parmesan cheese. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil until bagels are toasty-crispy and the cheese is bubbly and golden brownish. Cool and enjoy!
Try different cheeses and ingredient variations and have fun!

I love bagel creations! My roommate in college used to make bagel with homemade sun-dried tomato cream cheese, avocado slices, a slice of tomato, a layer of cheddar cheese and sprinkled with lemon pepper! DROOL! Then she broiled, like you did, and served it up. Best breakfasts ever! Thanks for sharing your yummy bagel recipe! I will definitely be trying it out!
