Description

These are perfect for get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup White Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Water
  • 4 cups Pecans (Or Mixed Nuts)
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon (or Enough To Taste)
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Powder Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Pour sugar and water into a heavy pot and turn stove to medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Once boiling, add nuts and stir until the water starts to evaporate.

Add the rest of the ingredients and continue stirring until sugar starts to dry out.

Pour out onto a baking sheet and let cool. Once cooled, break into pieces and serve.
