Who know something so healthy could taste even better than the real thing? Only 4 ingredients and you’ve got one spicy appetizer or side dish.
Preheat oven to 450ºF. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower with olive oil. Roast for 25-35 minutes, until cauliflower is slightly browned and tender.
Remove from oven, toss with Franks. Pile on a plate, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles. Enjoy with carrot sticks, celery sticks, and ranch dressing for dipping!
