This is a great buffalo chicken dip that works perfectly for any kind of gathering.
Boil chicken in a pot, remove from water and then dice. Next, simmer the cooked chicken and hot sauce together in a skillet until the hot sauce is absorbed into the chicken. Mix dressing, diced celery (however much you want, or not at all), and cream cheese. Add to the chicken/hot sauce mixture. Pour into a baking dish and top with the shredded cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 uncovered. Serve with Tostitos.
