If you love hot wings (or know someone who does), you will go ga-ga over this recipe! It provides a slightly healthier alternative to traditional hot wings & your guests will all ask for the recipe (guaranteed!) This one doesn’t use shredded cheese like many of the other Buffalo Chicken Dip recipes out there, but I think that allows you to really taste the flavors of the star ingredients!
1. Preheat the oven to 425
2. Boil & shred the chicken breasts. You can do this with forks, or I chunk the chicken up and throw it into my mini food processor.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, hot sauce and bleu cheese dressing.
4. Add the chicken, stirring to combine.
5. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
7. Serve with tortilla chips!
