Simple and fresh. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready.
Preheat oven to broiler settting.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Roma tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut bread into thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 2 minutes, until lightly browned.
When removed from the oven, put a handful of mozzarella cheese on the bread. Top tomato mixture evenly on bread slices. Broil until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
