Blistered shishito peppers are so simple you almost don’t need a recipe! They’re perfectly savory and spicy—a great go-to appetizer!
Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add shishito peppers. Cook the shishitos for 4–5 minutes, turning every minute or so.
Once the peppers begin to char, add sesame oil and salt. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
