Delicious little morsels of goodness, complete with bacon. Could it get any better?
Mash black eyed peas in a medium bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped celery, seasoning, bacon, and egg.
Mix well.
Add bread crumbs to make mixture “tight” enough to form into patties.
Dredge patties in flour.
Fry patties in vegetable oil until golden brown.
