Creamy black bean hummus with lime—a quick and easy dip that’s perfect for lunch or a protein filled snack!
In the bowl of a food processor, place black beans, garlic, lime juice, tahini, salt and coriander and mix until combined. With the processor running, stream in olive oil and let mix until the hummus is smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
