I’ve had all kinds of hot spinach artichoke dip, but none of them hold a candle to this recipe! Your friends will all be asking for this recipe!
Chop the red onion in a fine dice. Add the mayonnaise, the shredded Parmesan cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and garlic salt. Mix well. Add in the whipping cream, stirring to combine. Place mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring twice during cooking time. Serve on tortilla chips. It WILL get devoured!

I chose this as one of my Christmas appetizers. It was a huge hit. I served with toasted slices of french bread. It was so easy to put together. Thanks for the great recipe!
