Description
This bean salsa is so easy and goes over great at get-togethers. Warning: It IS addictive!
Ingredients
- 2 cans Black-Eyed Beans (Black-Eyed Peas)
- 2 cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cans Shoe Peg Corn
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Chopped
- 2 bunches Green Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar Or Splenda
- ⅔ cups Lite Olive Oil
Preparation
Stir together vinegar, sugar (or Splenda) and olive oil. Bring to boil and then cool. Pour over other ingredients. Serve with chips. This is a real crowd pleaser!
