A little wonton wrapper filled with shredded barbecue pork and topped with your favorite toppings.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray a mini muffin pan (one with at least 16 holes) with cooking spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each hole. Aet aside
In a bowl, add pork, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and BBQ sauce. Mix until combined.
Evenly divide pork mixture into wonton cups.
Bake in oven for 11-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and wontons are lightly golden.
