A great appetizer for the holiday table or anytime!
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Wrap each little smokie sausage with one half slice of bacon and place on a rimmed baking sheet pan. Repeat until you use all sausages/bacon.
Using a brush, coat each bacon-wrapped little smokie with BBQ sauce. Place sheet pan in the oven on the middle rack. Bake for 10 minutes then remove pan from oven and coat little smokies again with remaining BBQ sauce. Place back into the oven for 8 more minutes. They will smell wonderful while baking.
Serve on a platter with toothpicks. Enjoy!
