Almonds and walnuts are combined with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture to produce these tasty baked cinnamon sugar nuts! These can serve as a great homemade gift for that special someone!
Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a large baking tray with a silicone baking mat or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk egg white and water until frothy, about two minutes; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the almonds and walnuts.
In a medium bowl, combine the cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar until thoroughly mixed.
Pour egg white mixture over nuts and stir to combine. Stir in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Spread nuts onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes and stir halfway through. Remove from oven and let nuts cool completely.
Notes:
– These baked cinnamon sugar nuts are easily versatile! If you don’t like almonds or walnuts, feel free to swap out with cashews, peanuts, pecans, etc.
– Store in a covered container or glass jar for up to one month.
