Baked Brie with Cranberries & Almonds

Description
Soft, warm gooey Brie cheese topped with dried cranberries, almonds and drizzled with honey. The perfect cheese for a holiday gathering.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Brie Cheese, Round Shaped And Rind Peeled
- ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
- 8 whole Almonds, Chopped Small
- 2 teaspoons Honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cheese to the center of your baking sheet and top with cranberries and sprinkle with almonds. Place in oven and bake approximately 7–10 minutes. Be sure to watch it so it doesn’t melt.
Grab the corners of the parchment paper and place cheese onto serving plate. I cut the parchment paper to fit the plate, which makes it easier to transport the cheese.
Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
