This is a tasty and easy appetizer from my dad. A sure crowd pleaser!
The night before your event, wrap the water chestnuts with bacon. Hold them together with a toothpick. Marinate them in the teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, broil these on high for 5-10 minutes, depending on your broiler.

I make these all of the time for get-togethers! My fiance was addicted after the first bite and constantly begs for them
