This appetizer is so good, you will have to shield them with your own body to stop people from eating them. Yes, they are that good. And easy too.
Heat your oven to 375F.
Cut the bacon strips into thirds. Just put it all together and cut the entire package all at one time. Then, line a cookie sheet with foil. Drain the little smokies and wrap each one with a piece of the cut bacon. Secure with a toothpick and place on the foil-lined sheet. Repeat until all the wieners and bacon are gone, then sprinkle the whole mess with brown sugar. (I press a little bit of brown sugar into each wiener just to make sure it sticks on there.)
Pop them in the oven and cook them until the bacon is done to your liking, usually about an hour. I sometimes transfer these to a crock pot to keep them warm. Or, I hide in a corner and eat all of them.
