Bacon-wrapped artichoke hearts, with Dijon sauce!
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix together cream and mustard. Let sit while the artichoke hearts are baking.
Wrap each artichoke heart with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a heavy, rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
Serve warm (or hot from the oven) with sauce.
