Appetizer crackers wrapped in bacon. What could be better?!
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
Put a heap of parmesan cheese on top of each cracker. Then, take a strip of bacon and wrap it around the cracker. This will keep the cheese inside. You do not need to secure it with a toothpick because the bacon will stick to itself.
Line the crackers up on a broiler pan rack, this will keep them from getting soggy as the bacon cooks and drips. You do not need to turn them. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
Then remove from the oven and leave them on the rack in the pan to drain. Eat immediately or layer them in a bag and place them in the freezer for later.
