Skip the mayo, and use avocado for a creamy egg filling. Then some added zip from your favorite ranch dressing.
Peal and slice eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in them in the bowl of your food processor. Set egg whites aside.
Add your remaining ingredients except the bacon (set the bacon aside).
Pulse the filling until it is smooth add more ranch dressing or sour cream if it is too dry. Pipe filling into egg whites and top with bacon crumbles.
