Great for potlucks or a buffet table.
Open the cans of shrimp and crab and drain liquid into a large bowl. Add gelatin to the liquid to soften it. Once gelatin is softened, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well by hand until combined. Pour into a mold—a ring mold is nice. Chill several hours until set. Unmold on a plate and serve with Ritz crackers.
