Description

Creamy corn dip perfect with Fritos Scoops!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Package)
  • 3 cans Shoepeg Corn, 8 Ounce Cans
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chiles
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

In an ovenproof casserole (8X8 or so) place the block of cream cheese down right in the middle. Pour the cans of corn and chiles directly over the top. Throw a few pats of butter on top and cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.

Tastes best with Fritos Scoops. I suppose you could stick this in the microwave too melt everything together if you are in a pinch but I don’t want to hear about it!!

We need your help. Would you go into the ingredients list and for all of the canned items please add in the specific size (in ounces) of the can? We’ve got a lot of members overseas, in places where packaging varies, so these specifics really help.

When done, click ‘make recipe visible’ and ‘save’ and we’ll get this posted.
Thanks,
TKNanci
