Lets pretend we’re wearing tiaras today.
Thaw out your puff pastry sheet for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 415 F.
Put asparagus into a microwave safe dish. Cook frozen asparagus in the microwave according to the package instructions. Then remove the dish from the microwave and add garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
Roll out puff pastry onto a greased baking sheet. Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the surface, leaving the edges cheese-less. Season with black pepper. Add asparagus spears in an even layer then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
