An AMAZING apple dip made with cream cheese and toffee bits…
Mix together cream cheese, sugars and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in toffee bits to taste.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes if desired.
Serve with a variety of sliced apples. Enjoy!

I make this too!
Here’s a tip: When I slice my apples I put them in pineapple juice. (Then my kids just eat the chunks of pineapple!) It keeps the apples from turning brown, and gives the apples a unique flavor!
My daughter also found that pretzels are good dipped in this as well! I was skeptical at first, but I tried it and it’s good. A great balance of sweet and salty!

This is a favorite of our associate pastor! I first made it at a gathering at home; now I have to bring it to every church fellowship (and send a triple batch along with my honey on the guy’s annual quad trip). However….PJ and I hotly debate one point. I enjoy the dip with almond brickle bits; he likes the chocolate-covered Heath pieces. The chocolate in my opinion makes the dip too gooey, but apparently PJ digs gooey. *Grin*
