I’ve had this recipe for about 12 years now and it’s always been a crowd pleaser.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To serve, spread one 8-ounce package of cream cheese on a round plate. Spread mixture over the cream cheese. Top with 2 chopped, hard boiled egss and 1 chopped green onion.
Serve with corn chips or crackers. My favorite is the corn chips with lime.
