These Amazing Baked Potato Chips are incredibly crispy, homemade, fat free and oh so good! These are potato chips you don’t have to feel guilty about eating.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Using a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice potatoes into chips and dry them between two paper towels or clean kitchen towels.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and lay the chips on the pan in a single layer. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown, turning them over halfway through the cooking time. Remove from oven and place on parchment paper. Let cool a few minutes and enjoy!
