This recipe uses store bought ravioli. You can make this with any kind of ravioli but I think the Trader Joe’s lobster ones are the best.
Cook the ravioli according to the packaging instructions. Then drain and set aside.
Lightly beat the eggs in a small bowl. Mix the almond meal, flour, cheese and garlic salt in a shallow bowl.
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat.
When cool, dip the ravioli in the egg bath. Dip the ravioli in the dry mixture coating both sides. Put the ravioli into the skillet and fry for about one minute on each side or until the ravioli are browned to your liking.
