Very easy and a great appetizer for the grill.
Scrub the oysters clean.
Add butter and garlic together and melt butter.
Place oysters in the shells on the grill, over indirect heat. Grill until the oysters open and the ends are curled.
Holding oysters with an oven mitt, open by prying the “lid” off with a sturdy knife. It should come off easily. Be careful not to spill the juices inside the oyster.
Spoon a little garlic butter over each oyster in the shell. Sprinkle with your favorite hot sauce.
