A delicious and healthy alternative to potatoes.
Cube sweet potatoes and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle spices generously!

Do you keep the skin on the potatoes? The recipe looks awesome and have been looking for something similar.
