Description

A delicious and healthy alternative to potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Paprika, Or More To Taste
  • 1 dash Black Pepper, Or More To Taste
  • 1 dash Kosher Salt, Or More To Taste
  • 1 dash Onion Powder, Or More To Taste
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder, Or More To Taste

Preparation

Cube sweet potatoes and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle spices generously!

Do you keep the skin on the potatoes? The recipe looks awesome and have been looking for something similar.

Made these tonight for a family dinner and everyone loved them! Delicious! I left the skins on the potatoes and didn’t really measure the spices – just eyeballed them – great flavor! Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

These were great! Everybody loved them. I think next time i’ll make my “dashes” a little bigger, but they were great!
