A reuben, but in dip form!
Combine the sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef and thousand island dressing. Warm in the microwave or crock pot until warmed through. Serve warm with rye bread or crackers.

I must try this this weekend. As it is getting really cold here in the east and the Reuben is a staple comfort sandwich for me. Thanks for sharing.
