My cousin back east made this dip while we were visiting. It’s so simple but so yummy
Let cream cheese get to room temperature. Once it’s ready, smoosh into a 9×13 baking dish so it covers the whole bottom. Then pour your favorite salsa over the top so it covers the cream cheese. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. I like to use a lot of cheese, but you can use as much or as little as you would like.
Bake in the oven on 350F for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let sit for a few minutes and serve with Wheat Thins and tortilla chips. This dip will go quick!
