This week, I had the genius idea of putting brown sugar on bok choy. Oh, yes, sweet brown sugar. It was awesome.
Trim bok choy and discard tough stems. In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat. Add bok choy and garlic and cook until tender. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil and pour over bok choy, tossing to coat. Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
