Shelled edamame steamed in soy sauce, served over brown rice for a quick dinner or alone for quick snack. Delicious and healthy either way!
In a bowl, combine the edamame and soy sauce. Steam in the microwave for about two minutes—it may be more or less depending on the power of your microwave. Add the chili garlic sauce and stir well. Serve hot and enjoy!
