Yummy side dish for get together! Everyone always asks for this recipe!
Cook orzo as directed. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add balsamic vinegar right away while orzo is hot and stir well. Add feta, basil, tomatoes, spinach, onion, salt and oil. Toss well. Refrigerate until serving.
Salad tastes best when refrigerated overnight. Toss in pine nuts right before serving.
