i, also, went to your website and made the pumpkin spice creamer. i wanted to let you know that i used the creamer as a base for “pumpkin french toast”. for each, large, slice of bread i used about 1/3 cup of the creamer, 1 egg and 1 heaping tablespoon of pumpkin puree. it was fabulous! and, needless to say, paired well with coffee and pumpkin spice coffee creamer!!! thanks for posting!

Savedbytheeggtimer: Yes, peppermint mocha flavor sounds wonderful! It’s was actually on my list for my second post about creamers coming up in a few weeks. We do think alike! :)

Okilisa: You can use skim milk and half and half but keep in mind it won’t taste as creamy. The pumpkin is my fav. too. I feel so indulgent having it in my coffee each morning. :)

Such a wonderful idea! So much better for you than the store bought filled with corn syrups and oils. I am going to try this right away, then make a Christmas version with my Homemade Peppermint Extract when Chrsitmas time hits! Thanks!

Very good. Perfect for me, the hubs wanted a little more sweetness, but it’s almost gone!

Oh, yum!! Thank you for saving me from making my Peppermint Mocha with chocolate creamer, cocoa powder, Sweet ‘N Low and peppermint candies!! This is so much better. Thank you. I will be trying most of your creamer recipes from you blog.
