Water chestnuts wrapped in bacon.
Heat oven to 350F. Take a half a slice of bacon and wrap it around the whole waterchestnut; secure with wooden toothpick. Place in a shallow baking dish.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup. Pour over the water chestnuts.
Bake 30 minutes, or until heated through.

These are my favorite! I use barbecue sauce and they never last long!
