Crispy Cheese Bars

Description
A great appetizer for emergencies – just take when you need from the freezer.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Thinly Sliced White Bread
- 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 6 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp And Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 ounces, weight Sliced Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
For aesthetic purposes, you may want to de-crust the bread.
Combine all ingredients except bread.
Spread mixture on bread, then cut each slice into 3 strips.
Put strips on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, store in Ziplock type freezer bags.
To use, bake frozen at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot.
