Whole wheat pita makes a perfect chip for a refreshing fruit salad. Perfect for summertime!
For the fruit salsa: Combine all of the prepared fruit into a medium bowl and mix in the preserves. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve!
For the baked pita chips: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Spread the pitas with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar on both sides. Cut into strips or triangles and place on baking sheets. Working in batches, bake for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy! Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
