Description
A delightful creamed corn, perfect for the fall or any time of year!
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Flour
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- 6 whole Eggs
- 3-½ cups Milk
- 4 cans (15 Oz Each) Corn Niblets
Preparation
1. Blend butter, sugar, flour, and salt; add eggs, beating well.
2. Stir in milk and corn.
3. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
4. Stir once or twice during cooking

They are 15 oz cans. We make it in a 9X13 casserole dish.

This is a staple at our Thanksgiving dinner and a family favorite. We have been eating it as long as I have been alive.
