An easy Southern classic that my mother always brings out when company comes!
Soften and mix cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans.
Form mixture into a ball and chill for one hour.
Roll cheese ball in remaining 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup pecans until fully coated.
Serve with crackers.
