What to do with all the fresh radishes from your garden? Whip up a simple, creamy radish dip. Serve with hearty wheat crackers or your favorite veggies. Yum!
Chop radishes in a food processor until minced; place in a bowl with softened cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients to the food processor; pulse to blend. Combine all ingredients; mix (with a mixer, for smoother consistency) until thoroughly incorporated.

I used about 6 heads/bulbs of medium radishes. I’d say a medium radish would be bigger around than a quarter and smaller than a 1/2 dollar . The radishes from my garden have a little heat to them, so if yours are milder, you could probably use a few more.

When you say 6 heads of radishes, do you mean 6 bunches or 6 individual radishes? 6 bunches sounds like too much and 6 radishes doesn’t seem like enough. I can hardly wait to try the recipe when I get a response.

Ok, just WHY didn’t I ever think of this? I had a dip recipe using red bell peppers that was wonderful but I lost it. I now have its replacement. Thanks. My mom used to serve up cottage cheese with radishes and bell pepper (diced very small). Tastes great and is very pretty.
