This almond cheese dip is mild, yet bursting with flavor. It is easy to make and will keep you dipping ’til its gone.
Toast almonds by putting on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for ~5-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring several times.
In a bowl, stir all ingredients (but save 1/4 cup of almonds) together until well blended.
Spread mixture in a pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of saved toasted almonds on top. Serve warm with crackers.
