A wonderfully creamy, cheesy potato dish that is so easy to make and will disappear before anything else on the table!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Using a 9×13 pan, line pan with hash browns, covering entire bottom. You can stack them if need be. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix until combined. Pour over hash browns.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Enjoy!
Note: You can also just throw everything in on top of the hash browns, rather than combining them in a separate bowl. I just like to make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
You could also make this in a crock pot.

This recipe is always a hit. They are delicious. I make it with Cream of Mushroom soup mixed with sour cream though. Then I add the onions and the sprinkle some of the finely ground bread crumbs and top with american cheese because it melts better than cheddar. YUMMY!
