An elegant, delicious appetizer.
In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together carefully. If you like hot salsa, don’t seed the jalapenos. Wear gloves to protect your hands while working with jalapenos. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
If you don’t have English cucumbers in a store near you, 2 peeled regular cucumbers will work.
